We only hire careworkers who are naturally kindhearted, have a passion for taking care of people and are happy to sign up to our ethos. We are looking for careworkers who either already have the Level 2 (or above) Diploma in Health and Social Care, or those who wish to pursue a career in care and are willing to undertake our fully-funded (i.e. free) training course for the Level 2 Diploma.
